Brazilian-Indian model Nathalia Pinheiro was crowned the Kingfisher Calendar Girl 2012. Born in Rio de Janeiro, the 21-year-old Pinheiro won the title defeating 15 models from across the country.
“I loved the entire experience of the talent hunt. Though the competition was a bit tough this time, I made a few friends during the journey. Also, the platform made me a strong individual. I am overjoyed with the entire experience of participating to winning the crown,” she said.
Pinheiro, who is also a trained opera singer, said: “I love enjoying my life to the fullest and believe in living for the moment rather than thinking about the future.”
