Brit is in town to shoot a video for his song "Criminal" before digging his overseas tour to "Femme Fatale", as he tweeted, "Deciding to shoot video in the streets of Criminal jolly old England, when I got there .... "
A vibrant Spears adds, "So excited to stop in England before I start my tour of Europe in recent weeks. Just can not wait! I LOVE London, like my second home."
